Most businesses don’t have a software problem. They have an architecture problem: a collection of tools that each solve their own problem well, but were never chosen with the whole business in mind.

The Architectural Review is a one-time, $500 diagnostic that gives you a clear, written read on how your current systems hold together, where they don’t, and why.

Here’s how it works. After payment, you complete a structured intake covering your current tools, your team or contractor structure, and your near-term business objectives. There’s no live call required, and no login-by-login inventory. This review works from what you already know about your business, not a system-by-system audit.

From your intake, we build a written review, typically four to six pages, delivered within two weeks. It explains the five dimensions we use to judge architectural health (Coherence, Convergence, Continuity, Control, and Compounding), evaluates your systems against them, and gives you three to five specific risk flags and one to three compounding opportunities already available to you.

If your intake reveals real complexity, we also send a short recorded video walkthrough of the findings alongside the written report, at no extra cost.
